My Orders

  • What if my order is late?

    Sometimes situations are outside of a Courier/Washer's control which can cause delays.

    You are able to message the Washer/Courier to sort out any potential issues.

  • Is there a limit to how many orders I can place?

    No, you can place as many orders as you like, as long as the Wash@Home terms and conditions of service are followed.

  • I accidentally missed a collection/delivery. What now?

    Please try to adhere to the pre-agreed time.

    If unforeseen events come up, make sure you communicate with the Washer/Courier through the in-app message.

  • Can I give extra laundry items to Washer/Courier upon collection?

    Unfortunately no, you can only give laundry items pre-agreed and paid for during checkout

  • What is the order cancellation policy?

    The Washee is given a grace period which allows them to cancel their order 3 hours before the Washer/Driver is scheduled to receive the laundry items.

    Unfortunately, once the grace period has passed, the order cannot be cancelled. See more on our terms of service.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We only accept online forms of payment such as PayPal, Apple pay, Android pay and all other credit/debit cards.

    Unfortunately, we do not accept other forms of payment such as cash or checks.

  • Can I see my previous orders?

    You can view your previous orders by doing the following steps (shown in the image below):

    (1) Go to the "more" section 

    (2) Click "order history"

    (3) You can toggle between your "completed" and "deleted" Orders

    (4) Select the order you want to view

     

  • Can I see my previous orders?

  • How can I track my order?

    (1) Tap "Orders" on the bottom navigation tab of the app to view the current status of your active order(s). 

    (2) Tap on the order(s) to view more information about them. 

  • How soon can I have my laundry done?

    If you select “Express” service speed when checking out, you can receive your clean and fresh laundry items in 24 hours. This is an additional cost.


    If you select “Normal” service speed when checking out, you can receive your clean and fresh laundry Items back within 48 hours. This requires no additional cost.
